What is the Resal Wallet?
A digital wallet in the app that pools points from several loyalty programs into one riyal balance, which you spend across a wide range of brands in the app, on mobile top-up, or as a gift.
How do I convert loyalty points (Qitaf, Al Rajhi) into Resal balance?
In the app, open Redeem Points, choose the partner program, enter the mobile number linked to it, set how many points to convert, and they appear in your wallet in riyals right away.
How do I add balance to my wallet?
Two ways. Convert points from a linked loyalty program (Mokafaa, Qitaf, Akthar, ANB, Mobily), or buy a Resal prepaid card in the value you want and activate its code in the app to add the balance straight to your wallet.
How do I buy a digital card?
Sign in to your Resal account, browse the categories in Resal Market, add the digital cards you want to the cart, open the cart and tap Continue to payment details, then choose a payment method. Once your order is ready, the cards you bought appear under My Cards in the wallet.
Can I send a gift to someone else?
Yes. Pick the card you want to gift from Resal Market, and after buying it open the wallet, go to My Cards, select the card, tap Gift, and enter the recipient's details. It reaches them by SMS.
Does my Resal Wallet balance expire?
Your core riyal balance does not expire. Gift cards you buy each carry their own validity period, shown clearly in the app.
What is Resal Points Program?
It earns you points on every purchase or set activity in the app, which you can convert or redeem for rewards such as airline miles.
Is my data safe with Resal?
Yes. Your data is hosted on servers inside Saudi Arabia under the PDPL data protection law. Resal holds ISO 27001 and Aramco cybersecurity compliance
