What is Resal Connect?
Infrastructure for running loyalty programs interoperably. With one integration, your program can exchange points with partner programs, let members pay with points across the Resal merchant network, and issue points, all settled in riyals.
Do members authenticate with Resal?
No. Member identity and authentication (code, biometrics or PIN) stay on your interface, inside your app. Resal Connect is only a secure translation and routing layer for the request, and never stores or handles login credentials.
How long does integration take?
You integrate once with our API, and it reaches the whole network. The actual timeline is set in the demo, based on your systems.
How does settlement and value transfer work?
All point exchanges are processed and settled against cash balances in Saudi riyals. You get a complete, reconciled monthly statement that finance can audit and export.
What if a connected partner changes their API?
Resal maintains every partner link centrally. When a partner's systems change, we update the link on our side. Your program keeps running at 99.99% uptime, with no need for your team to fix breakages or adjust anything by hand.
How is pricing calculated?

Where is data hosted, and is the platform locally compliant?
Yes. The platform is built for full compliance with Saudi regulation from the ground up. All member identifiers and transactions are processed and hosted on local servers inside Saudi Arabia, fully compliant with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), and our information security is certified to ISO 27001.
